You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Bodhi, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
Bodhi provides AI-powered fitness, nutrition, and wellness content intended to help users plan workouts, meals, and healthy habits.
Bodhi does not provide medical advice.
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
3. Health Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
Bodhi does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice
Bodhi is not a healthcare provider
Any actions you take based on information from the App are taken at your own risk
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, nutrition, or health program.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Bodhi is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its systems
Attempt to access data not intended for you
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App or its AI systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)
If Bodhi offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases:
Pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to Bodhi and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple Health). Bodhi is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodhi and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any injury, loss, or harm resulting from your use of the App
Any reliance on information provided by the App
Use of Bodhi is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee results from using the App.
